50 Queen Anne’s Gate Recognised for Excellence in the British Council for Offices’ Regional Awards
50 Queen Anne’s Gate won the Best Refurbished/Recycled Workplace category at the London and South East British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards.
The BCO Awards are regarded as one of the most prestigious awards within the construction industry. Cundall provided the building services, data communications and BREEAM assessment on this award winning project which is testament to the quality and expertise of our engineers.
Neil Thompson, BCO Judging Chair for London and the South East, said: "The focus of the BCO awards is to judge buildings from a multi-disciplinary point of view, focusing on aspects such as architectural flair, sustainable and economic construction with fitness for purpose for users of the space. We had a very high standard of entries this year, with London and the South East across both the public and private sectors that have really delivered fantastic workspaces for the end user and I'd like to congratulate our winners."
50 Queen Anne’s Gate will now be put forward to the National Awards which will be announced in October at the BCO National Awards ceremony. For more information on the project please contact Project Partner Steve Cook.
